EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

For pastors who lead in roles outside of their church... perhaps on a board, in a district or regional office within their denomination; maybe in the academic arena of ministry, using their experience to teach those going into ministry...

Whatever capacity it may be in, pray for those involved in giving direction for the church body at large.

Pray that they would have wisdom and discernment regarding the decisions they face.

Pray they would exercise discretion regarding the resources they are responsible for managing effectively.

Pray they would have an anointing in the role they serve to teach and prepare those going into ministry; that their stories and insight would be effective in the lives of those who learn.

Finally, pray that they would have boldness to continue to speak the truth and speak up for righteousness in an age that seems to have a hard time doing both.
